The Kesselberg is located southeast of Berlin (about 25 km to Alexanderplatz) near Erkner (about 7 km), between Neu-Zittau and Wernsdorf. The entrance to the site is at the Kesselberg bus stop.

From Treptower Park straight ahead, along Köpenicker Landstraße to Schöneweide S-Bahn station. Here diagonally left into Schnellerstraße. From here go straight to Neu Zittau! Through Köpenick, Müggelheim, Gosen, with a lot of forest along the way … In Neu Zittau turn right towards Wernsdorf.

With the (S3) or regional express to Erkner, then by bus (line 428) in the direction of Ziegenhals to the stop “Neu-Zittau, Kesselberg” or with the line 424 to the stop “Neu Zittau, Spreebord”. The buses don’t run that often. There are timetables at vbb-fahrinfo.de
From the bus stop “Neu Zittau, Spreebord” walk in the direction of travel, at the crossroads straight ahead on the country road towards Wernsdorf. Behind the last house, take the driveway on the left and keep going straight through the forest until you can’t go any further and you come across a paved path. On the Plattenweg 100 m to the left. You need about 20 minutes from Neu Zittau to us.

From the Berliner Ring: either from the Erkner exit via Neu Zittau or from the Niederlehme exit via Wernsdorf in the direction of Neu Zittau.
