Once started observing the diversity, the diversity seems growing. Violets are being followed by cardinals, because their caterpillars eat violets. Since nowhere poison is sprayed in this beautiful MüggelSpree area, more and more different insects come as soon as the monoculture of the pine forest is broken.
There is an incredible amount to tell about each species. We’ll mostly leave it up to you to research this. If you find something new and exciting in the area we’ve marked, we’ll be happy to write it down, even if you just shoot it with the camera.
